Although Golden Oldies Rugby Festival Denver doesn’t kick off until May 2021, the sooner you start putting a team together and planning, the better! So spread the word and get your friends and teammates on-board for a week of fun and festivities. Women’s teams are already entering and we expect the numbers to keep growing!
The Denver Wonder Woman
The Golden Oldies ethos is ‘fun, friendship and fraternity’. So while we’re all here to enjoy our rugby, winning and losing comes a long way behind the chance to mix, mingle and make new friends from around the. At the end of the festival, we’ll pick one player who has best displayed the ‘Golden Oldies way’ and she’ll be named our Denver Wonder Woman!

WHO CAN PLAY?
Women 30 years and over. Some of our Golden Oldies are over 80, so you’re never too old!
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR WOMEN?
With Golden Oldies we’ve modified the tackle rules. This ensures a match that is enjoyable and safe for everyone!
WHAT ARE THE GRADES?
All women’s teams will be placed into women’s only grade.
HOW DO I ORGANISE THE ACCOMMODATION?
We’ve made it simple by creating a range of event packages that include 7-nights accommodation, plus match day transfers, tickets to the social functions and Picnic Day, and a Festival welcome pack.
CAN WE ARRANGE YOUR FLIGHTS AND INSURANCE AS WELL?
YES - We can take care of all your travel arrangements - including flights, insurance and everything else in- between.
ARE THERE ANY PRE AND POST EVENT TOURS AVAILABLE?
